I travel a lot and I got a hint from a friend of mine I should go to Bohinj for a day or two. The staff are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The food was gourmet - excellent and again the service was very good. Combination of spa is superb.

Half board was a blessing - food was good. First hotel room I've been in that used underfloor heating and cooling-no fans. Facilities excellent. Staff motivated.
Tv was constantly playing up - but that's it - could not fault anything else about the place

Access to the Aqua Park was a big plus. Hotel was clean, modern & quiet.
Food was only reasonable. Temperature control in the room was ineffective. No coffee making facilities or tissue dispenser in the room.

I liked the combination of a very good spa hotel with the location that allowed us wonderful hiking in nature, bike trips and visits to serene old cities and villages.
The resturant level was vaiable between gourmet food one evening to very poor the other one

Room was nice and clean. Spa/Wellness is not bad though you would expect much more from the 5 star hotel. Nature and view on surrounding mountains is also ok. It is fairly quiet so a person can relax.
Location is not perfect hence you need car/bike to get to the lake area (5-6km away from the hotel); Food was not bad but more like something you would expect in 3/4 star rather than 5 star hotel-both quality & variety wise; water in Jacuzzi was a bit cold; wellness/sauna area is small and can accommodate not more than 10, max 15 persons at a time so it is usually crowded - on the other hand there is spa for 8-10 persons on 4th floor which is Ok but you need to pay extra charge of 30 eur per room; extra charge for using internet in the room;

Comfort of the room and quality of furnishing. Late check out option free until 3pm, 20€ 5pm was nice.
No explanation that the room oriented on the back yard (industry) even while the price was not any cheaper, which I understood as rip off. I also never like the extra price for wi-fi in room, even if it brings a bit of money to the owner with drinks at lobby. Which brings me to second biggest problem, one should not feel like cashcow when guest. Anyway expensive for short stays and apparently much cheaper for longer agency stay which the third biggest downflow.

The hotel looks nice and modern. The environment is very relaxed. Good choice for families.
The hotel location is very poor, there is nothing in the area. Young people do not recommend it because it was so boring in the environment. The average food, average service.
